For qualified commercial enquiries

Submit a purchase requirement

Please provide complete and accurate information about your purchase requirement. This information allows our commercial team to assess the requirement and determine whether suitable Nigerian crude supply can be identified. It is an initial statement of requirement for qualification purposes: it is not an offer, a letter of intent, proof of funds or acceptance of any seller's terms, and it creates no obligation to buy or sell unless a separate contract is signed.

Do you have authority to act for the buyer in this enquiry?
Can written evidence of that authority be provided on request?
